Having fun at Beerstock 5060 is the number one goal, but there are some things that need to be covered, please read & sign. :-)
Ski Park Lake Rules: I understand that the lake is off limits to all Beerstock attendees. I will not damage greens, lawns, trees, etc. I agree to place all trash & recycling in their proper waste containers. If smoking, I will discard butts safely in butt cans. I understand that firearms and other such weapons are not allowed at the Ski Park Lake, and that illegal drugs are also not permitted.
Age and Drinking: I will not drink if I am under 21 and will not serve anyone who is under 21 (those not wearing a wrist band). Beerstock is a joyous beer event. If 21 and drinking, I will continue to treat others with kindness and will avoid hot button topics throughout the weekend.
Assumption of Risk: By attending Beerstock 5060, I acknowledge and understand that participation in the event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, and illness. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance and participation.
Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, and discharge the Washington State Homebrewers Collective, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or any property belonging to me while participating in Beerstock 5060.
Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Washington State Homebrewers Collective from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorneys' fees, that they may incur due to my participation in Beerstock 5060, whether caused by negligence, intentional acts, or otherwise.
Medical Treatment: In the event of an emergency, I authorize the staff and volunteers at Beerstock 5060 to secure from any licensed hospital, physician, and/or medical personnel any treatment deemed necessary for my immediate care. I agree that I will be responsible for payment of any and all medical services rendered.
Compliance with Laws and Regulations: I agree to comply with all federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations while participating in Beerstock 5060. The Washington State Homebrewers Collective reserves the right to remove any attendee who fails to comply with these laws and regulations, with no refund of the ticket purchase.
Photography and Media: By attending Beerstock 5060, I consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded. I grant the Washington State Homebrewers Collective the right to use my name, likeness, image, voice, and statements in promotional materials, advertisements, and other media, without compensation or further notice.
Severability: If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Washington.
Entire Agreement: This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements, whether oral or written, regarding the subject matter herein.
